A native of Pacific Grove, Tracy earned her Bachelor's degree from Cal Poly Pomona with a dual emphasis in Professional Sales and Marketing Management.

Tracy joined the real estate industry in 2004. She has experienced many of the complexities of this ever-changing market. A licensed Broker since 2005, Tracy has handled over 15,000 transactions, including probate, trust, short sales, and foreclosures.

Outside of her real estate career, Tracy is deeply involved in the local athletic community. She coaches the middle school cross country team in the fall and the high school distance girls track and field team in the spring. Tracy also runs a free winter and summer run club for the youth of Pacific Grove, encouraging young athletes to stay active year-round.

Tracy resides with her husband, Ryan, at their home in Pacific Grove along with two of their three boys, Noah (12) and Travis (16). Their oldest, Tyler (19) is a mechanic on the Monterey Peninsula.
